Wholesale Policies

MINIMUM ORDER Our minimum order is $150.00 / Must be Full Size Products Only at 3 PCs and up per same item. Sample Size Products Are Not Offered For Wholesale Prices. If you are unsure of an item, you may purchase samples at retail costs or try one full size wholesale piece of it (the first time only), and must be within your Minimum $150 order. Re-orders of the same full size item must be 3 PCs. or more.

PROCESS TIME We require approximately 3 to 5 Working days to process small orders. Larger orders may require a longer process time. Bulk Wholesale orders are made to order and may require 6 to 10 weeks lead time based on the size of your order.

Shipping is currently with the US Postal Service at this time. 
Priority Mail can speed up the time in transit to you but not our processing time.
Rush orders may be available for an extra charge. 

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS Although we try to keep inventory of each item in stock, occasionally out of stock situations may occur. We will do our best to inform you of “out of stock” goods that are known at time of order placing, so that you may choose an alternate item. 

PAYMENT We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Pay Pal, Certified Check or Money Order.
Bulk Wholesale orders over $5,000 require payment by bank wire transfer.
Orders over 3,000 require half down and the balance due upon shipping.
All payments must be cleared prior to shipping.
Resale # must be given or order may be subject to sales tax. 

ERRORS OR PROBLEMS Please report any issues or problems within 3 working days of receipt of your order.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS Please Contact Us As Soon As Possible.

RETURNS Please Order Carefully. We Cannot Accept Any Returns On Cosmetics.
Any returns that may be given authorization for return MUST be in their original and re-sellable condition only.

RETURNED CHECKS & FEES There is a $20.00 fee on any returned check. This fee is in addition to the original check amount. Future orders are held until the check and fee are paid in full. Returns and Cancellations are subject to a 15% restocking charge.

SHIPMENT REFUSALS Once you have placed an order, you or the “ship to party” are responsible for accepting delivery. If an order is returned due to it being refused or if no one is there to accept it, you will be responsible for the shipping charges and 15% restocking fee. If re-shipped, both way shipping charges will be imposed. No further orders will be shipped until your account is clear. Please make arrangements to accept your shipments.
