Sericite is used extensively in cosmetics, especially in foundations as a base ingredient. It feels silky to the touch and reflects light, reducing the appearance of pores and wrinkles. Sericite is not as shimmery as other options, such as bismuth oxychloride.
Kaolin Clay is a pure, white, natural clay that offers adhesion to cosmetic products.
This is a very gentle product and can be used on most sensitive skin.
It can draw impurities from the skin without removing any natural oils
It has great covering ability, is able to absorb fats from the skin, refines pores & helps clear up breakouts.
Zinc Oxide is a fluffy fine powder that offers whitening power, coverage, adhesion, and UV protection.
Silk Mica is used in loose mineral eyeshadow and face powder because of it's silky texture. It gives a soft, smooth texture and it is mattifying
Magnesium Stearate: (Plant Derived)
This soft white powder is used in cosmetics to improve adhesion and slip, and texture.
Boron Nitride is a soft, silky white mineral powder. It is used to improve how smoothly the product applies as well as adhesion to skin.
Iron Oxides provide color to mineral powders
Silk Powder adds a soft sheen to your makeup products as the light is reflected
Silk contains 18 amino acids which are easily absorbed into the skin.
It reflects and absorbs UV rays. It is also a powder which "breathes"
Silk is an oil absorbent and is suitable for cosmetics for oily skin

Parabens are preservatives added to personal care products for extending shelf life. May alter hormone levels, possibly increasing risks for certain types of cancer, impaired fertility, or alteration of the development of a fetus or young child. Parabens are Endocrine disruptors: They are suspected of presenting risks to the reproductive system that could include reduced chances for a healthy, full-term pregnancy, or for becoming pregnant, based on laboratory studies or studies of human populations.... One controversial scientific study reports that parabens were found in samples of breast tumors. The validity of the conclusions of this study have been debated in the scientific literature. Nevertheless, this study has fueled the belief that parabens in underarm deodorants or other cosmetics migrated into the breast tissue and contributed to the development of the tumors. In individuals with normal skin, parabens are, for the most part, non-irritating and non-sensitizing. Parabens can, however, cause skin irritation and contact dermatitis in individuals with allergies.
